He shows what is ultimately enormously important in visions, goals and plans for the future: I won't reach my goals if I say in two years I want to achieve top performance and complete an Ironman. Sure, that's the big goal, but if I get up every morning thinking I'll do an Ironman in two years, the goal will disappear at the beginning and reappear several months later. Then I realize I can't do it in this short time. Because of this, as James Clear says, small changes in life help you to achieve big goals and the change must be introduced step by step in life. This approach is valid in the personal as well as in the professional area.

🎯 Goal Setting
In my previous Subchapter, I pursued some life-changing questions, which are not always positive when we experience them. I would like to go into the subject of goal setting in order to take advantage of opportunities and experience joy in life.
This subsection begins by pointing out mistakes that happen when meeting goals and what individuals can avoid in order to achieve their goals. The focus of this chapter is on change and the paths to success.

- Take a time out to refocus yourself!
In difficult moments, it can help to take time out from everything and to concentrate for 10 minutes only on himself and his body to then devote himself to his goals full of energy.
