🧓🏼 What people regrets at the end of life?
When people are asked at the end of their days what they regret or regret most in their lives, the areas most frequently mentioned were those relevant to our sense of social belonging. In this regard, Morrison & Rose's (2011) study shows the following distribution: love (19.3%), family (16.9%), education (14.0%), career (13.8%), finances (9.9%), raising children (9.0%). The most regretted outcome is missing out on opportunities. Undesirable outcomes that could have been prevented in the past. (Morrison, 2011)

Now we know what people regret most at the end of their lives. Keep this information in mind and we will now look at the question "What are important decisions in my life". We are going to go into the present and the design of life. There are two basic different groups of life design decisions:
- Decisions as a teenager

Decisions as a teenager
In looking at important decisions in early childhood, authors Covery and Fräderich found 6 themes that are extremely important to young people (Covey, 2020):
Decisions from 20 to the end of life
Let's change perspective from important decisions for adolescents to decisions made from about age 20 to the end of life. Switching decision topics. From Camilleri's (2021) study, which surveyed 657 Americans aged 20 to 80 on the topic of "What have been your 10 most important decisions so far?", the following 10 important decisions can be derived

đź«‚ What is import in life?
At the end of the question What are important decisions, I would like to show you what is important in life. This varies from individium to individium and cannot always be generalized. Peterson and Dodige have written this down in their book as the 12 rules of life. From my point of view, the 4 that stand out are the most important. Especially the last point "pet a cat when you encounter on on the street" should express that we should focus in life on the small things that bring us the everyday so and not constantly strive only the big things that happen only in years. (Peterson, J. B., 2018)
If you want to learn more about what is important in life, you can listen to the following speech by Jordan B. Peterson. He talks about the 12 points mentioned above:
However, it is just as important to know what is important for oneself in life in order to identify important decisions in life:
