Why do people fail? The 10x Rule
To answer the question how do i deal with failures? must first be considered why people make mistakes at all. Most people fail only because they are operating at the wrong degree of action. To simplify action, we are going to break down your choices into four simple categories or degrees of action. Your four choices are:
Why do people the same mistake?
It is not enough to ask why people lose. It must also be understood why people keep making the same mistakes in life. In addition, House, M. has shown 9️⃣ criteria in his blog common causes of very bad decisions that can be derived why the same mistakes happen again and again. 😎 How do I deal with failures?
To answer the question „How do I deal with failures“, it is important to acknowledge that everyone will at some point fail in his life and than have to stand up and move on.
There are a large number of methods and approaches to deal with errors. From my point of view, I have picked out the most important 4 bullet points that are necessary to move forward in life.
😪 … In case of failures or wrong decisions, the emotions must be given free space so that they can unfold. Thinking about emotions helps you to deal better with future scenarios. Failure helps you to understand and learn important things in life, if you are open to change and learn from it. Failure must be seen as a steppingstone to the goals set.
💡 … Once you have admitted your mistakes and know what you need to learn from them, you can set a future plan for how to approach them again. Don't waste your time thinking "I'm a failure and I can't do anything". The plan will help you put the information you have learned into practice.
😬 … Face your fears, get out of your comfort zone, try things where you might fail. Only then will you be able to deal with failure and consistently achieve your goals in the long run. (Morin, 2022)

You have heard many factors about what failures are and how they arise, but how can you actively counteract them? Mental models is the answere of this Question. The consciousness of every human being can be represented as an operating system. Mental models can thus be seen as apps installed on my operating system. The model of inversion can be used as an easy-to-implement entry model.
You go to the question how can I be happy? Take the question and turn it around: What can I do to make a happy person feel like crap? (MackGil, 2019).
So to be happy: Avoid all enumerations and you are happy !!! This model can be applied to all questions.
