You are intersted in innovative corporations like Tesla, Rocket Lab or Palantir? This is the opportunity to dive deep into their structural and procedural organizations. What sets these companies appart from others and makes them succesful? Solutions might be found analysing incentive structures, but other apects can also provide interesting insights. In addition you could examine Recruiting & Selection Methods, Mission/purpose/vision statement, Culture and Leadership and Follower principles. On top you could also take a look at Innovation Management: How is innovation organized internally and externally? What firms has the firm bought in the past 3 years? And consider employer brands: What does the company offer to be an attractive employer?

The Chair for Strategy and Organization is focused on research with impact. This means we do not want to repeat old ideas and base our research solely on the research people did 10 years ago. Instead, we currently research topics that will shape the future. Topics such as Agile Organizations and Digital Disruption, Blockchain Technology, Creativity and Innovation, Digital Transformation and Business Model Innovation, Diversity, Education: Education Technology and Performance Management, HRTech, Leadership, and Teams.
