Short Bio:
I am a Research Associate at the Chair for Strategy and Organization at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and part of the Management Team at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM), where I teach Managing Product Development (MPD).
My research is empirical: I study how organizations evaluate, adopt, and integrate artificial intelligence. My current work examines when collaboration between people and AI creates value and when it erodes it, which I am testing through a field experiment carried out with a corporate partner in a German enterprise. The aim is to take enterprise AI out of the lab and study it where the decisions are real.
I hold a BSc and MSc in Computer Science from ETH Zurich and a BSc in International Management from WHU (Otto Beisheim School of Management), including exchange terms at the National University of Singapore and Stanford Summer Session. I spent nearly two years in BCG Switzerland's Principal Investors & Private Equity practice, and my research in speech processing with Disney Research|Studios Zurich produced an Interspeech 2024 paper on dubbed audio synchronization and a pending patent.
