According to the empirical analysis from authorized consulting institutions, the succeeding probability of ERM would increase dramatically from 50% to over 80% if encourages the active involvement of senior managers in risk management practice.
The enterprises could encourage all the staff to participate in ERM more actively as long as senior managers would take more effort on supporting this practicing activity.
