💡 Background
Spectroplast GmbH is a Munich-based manufacturer specializing in silicone additive manufacturing — producing high-quality, custom silicone parts and materials using proprietary 3D printing technology. With customers across manufacturing, medical, large tech, and robotics sectors, Spectroplast is in the midst of an ambitious growth phase: doubling its On-Demand business, developing new material products, and pursuing OEM partnerships in medical and robotics. As part of this growth, Spectroplast is building out its strategic and operational framework for 2026 and beyond. The focus of this project is to evaluate how artificial intelligence can take over or meaningfully augment core CEO-level tasks — from strategic scenario development to day-to-day operational governance. The project runs alongside a live strategy development process, giving students access to real decisions, real data, and real tools — not case studies.
