💡 Background
The next chapter of HR: Digital management and HR analytics. In recent years, digitization already changed many processes in companies. Now the work of HR managers is also facing a change. The digital age does not stop at talent acquisition, retention, and development. How can HR analytics support current processes here? Adaptations of culture, technology and competence requirements are changing business, organisational and work models. This requires new concepts and HR tools that continue to promise economic success even in times of disruption and crisis. The corporate culture 4.0 of our digital age as well as changed requirements for competences and knowledge of managers and employees are also important.
🦾Who We Are
The Chair for Strategy and Organization is focused on doing research with impact. This means we do not want to repeat old ideas and base our research solely on the research people did 10 years ago. Instead, we currently research topics that will shape the future. Topics such as Agile Organizations and Digital Disruption, Blockchain Technology, Creativity and Innovation, Digital Transformation and Business Model Innovation, Diversity, Education: Education Technology and Performance Management, HRTech, Leadership and Teams. We are always early in noticing trends, technologies, strategies and organizations that shape the future, which has its ups and downs.

Our search of several publication databases identified 60 articles on this topic, however only 14 articles were in quality peer-reviewed journals.
