IDP/Project Study: 🧠 AI-Driven Business Models: Strategy, Business Planning & Go-to-Market

📌 Key facts

You will support venture-building activities for AI-based solutions such as AI matching systems, AI visibility analytics (GEO), and automation-enabled decision-support tools across multiple industries.

📝 Project types: IDP / Project Study / AP

👥 2–4 students

📍 Hybrid: Munich & Remote

🕒 Preferred: 3 months (full-time) | Start: May 2026 (flexible)

💡 Background

AI creates enormous technical possibilities — but turning these possibilities into viable business models is still one of the biggest challenges for companies today. Many AI products fail not because the technology is weak, but because positioning, pricing, customer targeting, and go-to-market logic are underdeveloped.

This project focuses on exactly this challenge: how to turn promising AI solutions into scalable, commercially relevant offerings.

Students will support the development of real AI products that are currently being prepared for market entry or further commercialization. The focus is not on pure technical development, but on the entrepreneurial questions behind successful AI ventures: What is the business model? Who is the customer? What is the value proposition? How should the product be packaged, priced, and sold?
