Quantics builds an AI-powered platform that measures team energy and morale and delivers science-based interventions before customer satisfaction declines. We combine organizational psychology with modern AI to create the first AI-driven organizational development consultant.
🧢 Your Role
You will help build the AI/ML core of the platform, for example:
- Recommendation systems for targeted interventions
- NLP on survey data (sentiment, topics, summaries)
- Predictive models for burnout, turnover, and performance risks
- LLM-based coaching support for managers
