🚀Are you passionate about innovation and real-world impact in digital transformation? Join the Outreach department of the CSO and help us design and implement hands-on AI solutions to optimize and automate everyday processes in an academic environment.
🎯Your primary mission is to conceptualize and implement smart, AI-powered workflows for handling and integrating new information—whether from traditional or digital sources—into existing systems efficiently. This is your chance to develop and test automation solutions, working both creatively and practically to shape the future of digital work at the university.

- Shaping and designing innovative workflows and automation concepts with AI technologies – You’ll have the freedom to rethink how everyday processes can be smartly optimized
- Turning ideas into practice – Develop, implement, and test AI-based solutions that streamline how information is managed and used
- Critically reviewing and improving existing practices – Bring a fresh perspective to how digital tasks are structured and propose scalable approaches for the future
- Driving research topics – Explore and advance questions relevant to our team, and bring new ideas into our projects
- Creating compelling presentations – Communicate your findings and concepts clearly with professional, visually engaging PowerPoint slides
- Collaborating in a dynamic academic environment – Exchange ideas with team members and interface with different stakeholders
🧑‍💻Who You Are
- Interest in technical topics and digital innovation – Motivation to understand and shape the future of workflows with new technologies; ideally previous experience through studies (e.g., Business Informatics) or work experience
- Appreciation for analytical thinking and structured work – Enjoyment in solving problems methodically and using data-driven approaches
- Motivation to engage with AI solutions – Curiosity to combine creative ideas with practical implementation and see real impact
- Strong writing and communication skills – Ability to formulate clear and precise texts and presentations
- Drive for independent and proactive work – Enjoy taking responsibility and contributing reliably to projects
- Programming skills are a plus
