Are you passionate about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, women in leadership and AI and want to combine it with research activities?

We are searching for motivated student assistants to join our research team in the field of DE&I and AI

The position would involve you in two highly exciting projects:

1. Supporting the organization of “Breaking BAIS” in March 2025 - involves great visibility and networking opportunities

2. Support research efforts on the visibility of women in media funded by the German state:

W:Science

Unser Forschungsprojekt SESiWi (Strukturelle Erhöhung der Sichtbarkeit Wissenschaftlerinnen an Universitäten, Forschungseinrichtungen und in klassischen und digitalen Medien) befasst sich mit der Sichtbarkeit von Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftlern in der Öffentlichkeit.

Your tasks:

• Be responsible for tasks of the conference organization (e.g., speaker management)
• Show your PPT skills in presenting scientific sources in an easy to grasp and appealing way
• Be responsible to master operational tasks (data collection, event organization, etc.)
• Have a proactive and diligent working style
• Speaking German is a plus
