💡 Background
Female founders are significantly and systematically underrepresented in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Universities play an important role in educating entrepreneurs and some are more successful in supporting female students to start a new venture than others. What are the differences between those universities who successfully foster female entrepreneurs and those who bring out fewer female entrepreneurs?
🦾Who We Are
The Chair for Strategy and Organization is focused on research with impact. This means we do not want to repeat old ideas and base our research solely on the research people did 10 years ago. Instead, we currently research topics that will shape the future. Topics such as Agile Organisations and Digital Disruption, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Digital Transformation and Business Model Innovation, Diversity, Education: Education Technology and Performance Management, HRTech, Leadership, and Teams.. We are always early in noticing trends, technologies, strategies, and organisations that shape the future, which has its ups and downs.
🎯 Goals
Your tasks in this master thesis are:
- Systematically search and analyze scientific literature about women entrepreneurship (use excel template and ppt template)
- Conduct at least 10 interviews with the university of Potsdam (alumni founders and university staff).
- Analyze interviews with MAXQDA and make ppt of the results.
🎓 Profile
- You should have an above average grade report.
- You work exact, reliable, and independent.
- You have an interest in qualitative research.#
- You speak fluent German to be able to conduct the interviews in German.
