💡 Background
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the landscape of human interactions, including negotiation. Negotiations, whether interpersonal or business-related, are being influenced by AI through the introduction of AI-driven negotiation agents, role-playing tools, and predictive models. AI is not only enhancing efficiency but also challenging traditional norms and strategies in negotiations.
From simulating role-playing scenarios to analyzing psychological and behavioral patterns, AI offers a powerful toolkit for understanding and navigating negotiations. However, the introduction of AI in this domain raises new questions: How do AI agents compare to human negotiators? How does role-playing with AI change negotiation outcomes? And what ethical considerations arise as we increasingly rely on AI in decision-making?
Understanding these dynamics is critical to exploring how AI is reshaping negotiation practices, strategies, and outcomes in the future.
🦾Who We Are
The Chair for Strategy and Organization is focused on research with impact. This means we do not want to repeat old ideas and base our research solely on the research people did 10 years ago. Instead, we currently research topics that will shape the future. Topics such as Agile Organizations and Digital Disruption, Blockchain Technology, Creativity and Innovation, Digital Transformation and Business Model Innovation, Diversity, Education: Education Technology and Performance Management, HRTech, Leadership, and Teams. We are always early in noticing trends, technologies, strategies, and organizations that shape the future, which has its ups and downs.
🎯 Goals
