🪄 What we do
We are building Machine Learning systems to make the internet a safer space for children.
Digital violence is a growing threat, with millions of children facing cyberbullying, online harassment, and predatory behavior. At Seccora, we are on a mission to protect children from these digital threats by providing an AI-powered safety solution that analyzes online interactions while ensuring privacy-first monitoring. Our software detects harmful content across text, audio, and images, alerting parents only when intervention is necessary.
Seccora is a Munich and Zurich based startup, backed by EWOR (Europe’s leading accelerator), striving to make the internet a safer place for children. For this impactful mission, we are hiring great talent that can help us scale rapidly.
💻 What you will work on
As part of this Project Study, you'll join Seccora to shape our marketing and growth strategy —laying the foundation for a successful market launch across Germany and Europe.
You will explore key strategic areas such as competitor benchmarking, market analysis and customer research. Your work will help us refine our product-market fit, test our product in the field and design a rollout strategy for Europe’s first privacy-first chat safety solution for children.
As part of the Project Study team, you will tackle one or more of the following focus areas:
- Market Analysis of Parental Control Software:
- Conduct competitor analysis of parental control solutions globally and within the EU
- Identify Seccora’s unique value proposition and positioning against existing players
- Compare and contrast the EU vs. US landscape, including regulatory, privacy, social media usage and extent of problem
- Market Entry Strategy:
- Plan and evaluate influencer collaborations and PR initiatives
- Establish partnerships with digital safety experts (Medienpädagogen) to enhance credibility & visibility and to extend value chain beyond just detection
- Explore B2B collaborations with educational institutions and internet service providers
- Customer Analysis & Beta-Testing:
- Design and conduct surverys and interviews with stakeholders
- Identifiy pain points, willingness to pay and feature priorities
- Translate findings into pricing models and product strategy
- Beta Testing Program:
- Design and execute a structured beta testing study with real families
- Define success metrics and build qualitative and quantitative feedback loops
- Synthesize findings to support product development
- Marketing Content:
- Draft compelling App Store descriptions, visuals and onboarding flows
- Create explainer content (videos, landing pages, FAQs) for parents and partners
- Draft creative and eye-catching marketing campaigns
- Support web development and design (if technical skills available)
You will closely collaborate with our founders and, depending on whether you join full-time or part-time, we will align on either daily or weekly check-ins. Your work will play a key role in bringing our safety solution into the hands of families — helping protect children from digital threats while shaping the future of online safety.
