It can be practiced anywhere, anytime, e.g. mindfully watching a movie or even going to the bathroom

Meditation refers to various mental training techniques that aim to cultivate intentional focus and achieve an altered state of consciousness.

It often involves guided practices, movement-based exercises like tai chi, or visualizations.

Meditation requires dedicated time and concentration to connect the mind and body and find mental and physical peace.
