In this seminar, we defined the Big 5 as the following personality traits: Proactivity, confidence, self-efficacy, vulnerability, and openness to experience. The big 5 describe a well-known concept from the scientific literature. Our five personalities are not identical to those, but rather we have chosen our own. In certain places, however, we will refer to the literature in order to clarify the impact.
