CAREER
Dr.-Ing. Axel Stepken has been CEO of the TÜV SÜD AG since 1 June 2007. In October 2002 he joined the board of the international services group and was responsible for the strategic business INDUSTRY and PEOPLE and for the region ASIA. In this phase, TÜV SÜD expanded its presence in the economy ASIA / Pacific consistently.
Prior stations of his professional career were at the RWTH Aachen University and at ABB. His educational background includes the degree in electrical engineering and a doctorate at the RWTH Aachen University.
